Flame-licker engines are "atmospheric engines" that rely on an open flame to provide fluctuating air temperatures that drive the pistons. The cooling of hot air inside the pistons creates the atmospheric pressure needed to run a flame-licker engine. This particular flame-licker is a totally unique dual-piston design.
